Georgia Capital PLC has announced the successful purchase of 22,274 of its own ordinary shares on July 3, 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on May 19, 2024. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, with prices ranging between 996.0000p and 1015.9989p per share. These repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will reduce the total number of voting rights shares to 41,789,216.
