Georgia Capital PLC has reported the purchase of 10,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme announced earlier in May 2024. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1084.0000p to 1088.0000p, with an average price of 1087.2968p. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will subsequently reduce the total number of voting shares to 41,502,605.
