Georgia Capital PLC has successfully executed a share repurchase on 23 July 2024, buying back 10,000 shares at prices ranging from 1074.0000p to 1080.0000p, under its Buyback Programme announced previously on 19 May 2024. The repurchased shares are pending cancellation, which will subsequently reduce the total number of voting shares to 41,492,605. The company will provide updates on any further buyback transactions as they occur.
