Georgia Capital PLC has bought back 10,000 of its own shares on July 19, 2024, as part of its previously announced Buyback Programme. These shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited at an average price of 1094.7402p, with the highest price at 1110p and the lowest at 1084p per share. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares with voting rights to 41,512,605 post-cancellation.
