Georgia Capital PLC (GB:CGEO) has released an update.
Georgia Capital PLC has conducted a share repurchase on the 18th of July 2024, where 10,000 of its own shares were bought at a uniform price of 1110p per share. These shares, acquired through Numis Securities Limited as part of an ongoing buyback program announced in May, are slated for cancellation which will affect the total shares with voting rights. The company plans to continue its buyback program, with further updates to be provided upon the completion of additional purchases.
