Georgia Capital PLC has executed a share buyback on 17 July 2024, purchasing 10,000 shares at an average price of 1120.3976p per share, as part of their ongoing Buyback Programme announced earlier in May. These repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will consequently reduce the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights to 41,532,605. The company plans to provide updates on any further purchases under this programme.
