Georgia Capital PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1091.5391p per share on July 15, 2024, as part of its previously announced Buyback Programme. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will subsequently reduce the total number of shares with voting rights to 41,552,605. The company will make further announcements concerning any additional share buybacks.
