Georgia Capital PLC has successfully executed a share buyback on July 5, 2024, purchasing 9,000 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 1050p per share. These shares are to be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares with voting rights, and the company plans to make further disclosures following additional buyback activities. The transaction, part of an ongoing buyback program announced in May 2024, was conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.
