Georgia Capital PLC has executed a share buyback on 4 July 2024, acquiring 21,361 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation as part of its ongoing Buyback Programme announced on 19 May 2024. The shares were purchased through Numis Securities Limited at a volume weighted average price of 1041.9137p, with individual transaction prices ranging from 1020.0000p to 1046.0000p. Post-cancellation of these shares, the total number of shares with voting rights in the company will be 41,767,855.
