Georgia Capital PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 42,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 980.5367p per share on July 1, 2024. These shares are set to be cancelled following a temporary hold in Treasury, which will alter the total shares with voting rights to 41,821,490. The company has indicated that additional buyback transactions will be disclosed as they occur.
