Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 200,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 98.00p and 102.50p, with an average cost of 100.5467p per share. This buyback action will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 346,233,909 ordinary shares, which may impact shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
