Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a share buy-back, purchasing 8,424 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, which will reduce their issued share capital to 343,974,029 shares with voting rights. The shares were acquired through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 108.00p to 109.50p, with the volume-weighted average price being 109.3095p per share. This action is part of a buy-back program the company announced earlier in March.
