Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 425,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, with prices ranging from 101.50p to 106.00p per share. Post-cancellation, the company’s issued share capital will be 343,982,453 ordinary shares with voting rights. This move is part of a buy-back program announced earlier in March and is likely to affect shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
