Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently confirmed a share buyback transaction, acquiring 428,220 of its own ordinary shares with intentions to cancel them. This latest financial move, which saw shares being purchased at prices ranging between 105.00p and 109.50p, will result in a reduction of the company’s issued share capital to 344,407,453 shares with voting rights, following the cancellation.
