Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 433,556 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation. The shares were acquired at varying prices, with the highest being 102.00p and the lowest at 98.80p, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 99.8160p. Post cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 347,148,303 ordinary shares.
