Strong EBITDA Performance
Adjusted EBITDA was $306 million, exceeding guidance by $11 million and was a quarterly record. Adjusted EBITDA margin of 9.4% exceeded guidance by 85 basis points.
Clean Energy and Infrastructure Growth
Clean Energy and Infrastructure segment had record quarterly revenue and EBITDA. EBITDA was up 80% sequentially with margins of 7.5%, the best performance since 2019.
Power Delivery Segment Improvement
Power Delivery segment revenue was up year-over-year for the first time in 2024, with a 10% increase versus guidance and sequentially, reflecting improving trends.
Financial Flexibility and Debt Reduction
Cash flow from operations was approximately $280 million, reducing net debt by approximately $120 million in Q3 with net leverage of 2.2x.
