                  Nomura Real Estate Holdings

                  Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. engages in the real estate business. It operates through the following segments: Residential Development, Leasing, Investment Management, Property Brokerage and Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Property and Facility Management, and Other. The Residential Development segment develops and sells condominiums and detached housing, and provides property management and repair services for sold condominiums. The Leasing segment handles property development and leasing of offices and retail facilities. The Investment Management segment engages in private placement fund, REIT and asset management, and equity investment. The Property Brokerage and CRE segment refers to brokerage and real estate consulting. The Property and Facility Management segment manages condominiums, office buildings, and educational facilities. It also handles repair work and tenant construction contract. The Other segment is the operation of fitness clubs. The company was founded on June 1, 2004 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
