Checks with private companies in the space point to the beginning of a return to spend, albeit early and with a heavy focus on ROI. To date, this is limited to sales (vs. marketing), but we would expect both to be better in 2025 after nearly three years of digestion and underspend. A substantial hire commitment by the leading front-office sales software vendor is further evidence.
