Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 354,505 of its own shares at a price of 365.75 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. This buyback is part of a previously approved plan at their Annual General Meeting to purchase up to 79,248,688 shares. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company is 527,341,791.
