Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 567,714 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 363.24 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company has been updated to 523,642,413. This recent share repurchase is part of a program authorized by the company’s shareholders at the last Annual General Meeting.
