Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 580,420 of its own Ordinary shares at a price of 366.27 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary shares in treasury is 78,603,207, and the total number of shares in issue is 601,665,200, giving 523,061,993 voting rights. Shareholders may use this latest figure for disclosures required by the FCA’s rules.
