Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 54,036 ordinary shares at a price of 142.4 pence each, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares bought back by the company to 15,695,337. Following the cancellation, Wickes’s total issued share capital will be reduced to 243,942,661 shares, with this figure being the new denominator for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings.
