Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group PLC has reported the acquisition of 47,412 of its own ordinary shares, with the intention to cancel them, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. Following the cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will decrease to 243,685,011 shares. This latest move in the buyback program is part of the company’s effort to manage its capital structure effectively.
