Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group PLC has reported the purchase of 46,788 of its own ordinary shares on the 23rd of July 2024, with the intention of cancelling them. This buyback is part of a larger program which has seen the company acquire over 15 million shares to date. Post-cancellation, Wickes’s total issued share capital will reduce to 243,732,423, impacting voting rights.
