Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group PLC has reported the buyback of 12,544 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 143.0 to 143.4 pence per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback programme that has seen the company purchase over 15.76 million shares to date. Post-cancellation, Wickes’s total voting rights will be 243,877,305 shares.
