Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced a major change in shareholding, with investment firm BlackRock, Inc. modifying its stake in the company. On July 16, 2024, BlackRock’s total voting rights in Vodafone crossed a new threshold, resulting in a combined voting rights total of 6.45% and direct ownership of over 1.7 billion shares. This adjustment reflects both an acquisition and disposal of shares and financial instruments by BlackRock.
