Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced that Aldo Bisio will resign as CEO of Vodafone Italy and as a member of the Group Executive Committee on November 15, 2024, to take up an external opportunity. He will continue to serve as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors to facilitate the sale of Vodafone Italy to Swisscom. Sabrina Casalta, the current CFO of Vodafone Italy, will assume the role of Interim CEO during the transition period.
