Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced the acquisition of 17,150,465 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 69.14 to 70.76 pence per share, via its share buyback program with Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The purchased shares will be held in treasury, and following this transaction, Vodafone’s treasury holds 1,616,412,693 shares with the total number of ordinary shares in issue being 26,591,250,984 (excluding treasury shares).
