Verde Resources (VRDR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Jack Wong resigned as Chairman of Verde Resources, Inc., effective January 23, 2024, with no known disagreements with the company. Joseph Ambrose Lee was appointed as the new Chairman and Director for one year, bringing experience as Managing Director of Borneo Oil Berhad and legal qualifications. Tay Hong Choon was appointed Special Advisor to the Board for a year, bringing over a decade of financial management experience from various listed companies. Both appointees’ backgrounds are seen as valuable for their new roles at Verde Resources.
