Verde Resources, Inc has taken a strategic step by establishing a Management Committee consisting of Joseph Ambrose Lee, Jack Wong, Balakrishnan B.S. Muthu, Soo Yau Cho, and Tay Hong Choon, effective February 6, 2024. This new committee, appointed by the Board of Directors, is tasked with overseeing and managing the company’s operations and its subsidiaries, ensuring decisions align with the company’s overarching goals, with direct accountability to the Board.
