Joseph Ambrose Lee has stepped down as Director and Chairman of Verde Resources, Inc., with no known disputes over the company’s operations or policies. He has the chance to comment on this disclosure, and any response will be filed accordingly. Balakrishnan B S Muthu will take over as Chairman from June 18, 2024.
