Tritax EuroBox plc has announced an extension of the deadline for Brookfield Asset Management to declare its intention to make an offer for the company, now set for 23 September 2024. Although discussions with multiple interested parties are ongoing, there is no certainty of any firm offer or the terms thereof. Shareholders have been advised to take no action at this stage, while a further announcement is pending.
