Tritax EuroBox (GB:EBOX) has released an update.
Tritax EuroBox PLC has announced an interim dividend of 1.25 cents per share for the period of April to June 2024, which will be paid in Sterling at an exchange rate of 0.8465, resulting in 1.0581 pence per share. A portion of the dividend, 0.42 cent per share, is designated as interest distribution in accordance with the UK’s tax treatment for investment trusts. The company continues to focus on managing a diversified portfolio of European logistics real estate assets, catering to the rising demand driven by e-commerce and supply-chain optimization.
