Tritax EuroBox (GB:EBOX) has released an update.
Tritax EuroBox plc has announced an interim dividend of 1.25 cents per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, with payment due around September 13, 2024, to shareholders registered by August 16. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in Euro instead of the default Sterling by notifying the Company’s Registrar by August 19. The exchange rate for the dividend conversion to Sterling will be published around August 23, 2024.
