Tritax EuroBox (GB:EBOX) has released an update.
Tritax EuroBox PLC has announced ongoing discussions and due diligence processes with multiple interested parties concerning a potential offer for the company, following previous expressions of interest. The Takeover Panel has agreed to a further extension of the deadline for Brookfield Asset Management to declare its intentions regarding a firm offer until 26 August 2024. Shareholders have been advised to hold off on taking any action as there is no certainty a firm offer will be made or what the terms would be.
