TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a volume-weighted average price of 132.75 GBp, as part of an ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated on October 4, 2023. Following the transaction, the company will cancel these shares, reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 500,877,654. This buy-back activity reflects the company’s strategy to manage its share capital and provide shareholder value.
