TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems PLC has announced the recent purchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares, with the intention to cancel them, as a part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated on October 4, 2023. Post cancellation, the company will have 501,077,654 Ordinary Shares remaining, which will also represent the total voting rights. Since the start of the program, the company has bought back 19.19 million shares at an average price of 141.10 GBp each.
