TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme, with intentions to cancel the acquired shares. The company’s total number of shares in issue will be 500,977,654 post-cancellation, affecting the voting rights denominator for shareholders. Since the Buy-back Programme’s initiation in October 2023, TI Fluid Systems has bought back 19,291,487 shares at an average price of 141.05 GBp each.
