TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 127 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated in October 2023. This latest transaction will result in 501,277,654 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue, which will also represent the new total voting rights count. Since the start of the programme, the company has acquired a total of 18,991,487 shares at an average price of 141.22 GBp.
