Tempus Resources Ltd. has reported issuing over 385 million shares to raise funds and pay fees, with no board changes following shareholder resolutions, and the resignation of CEO Jason Bahnsen. The company ended the quarter with nearly $2 million in cash reserves, after spending on exploration in Ecuador and Canada, as well as corporate expenses. Their key projects, the Elizabeth-Blackdome Gold Project in Canada and the Zamora Projects in Ecuador, remained under care and maintenance with no exploration activities conducted during the quarter.
