Tempus Resources Ltd has officially announced their company name change to Somerset Minerals Limited following the approval of resolutions at their General Meeting. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has approved the change, and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) has assigned the new trading code ‘SMM’, effective from 1 July 2024. The transition to the new branding will unfold over the coming weeks, with assurances of maintained communication channels during the period.
