Tempus Resources Ltd has officially announced its company name change to Somerset Minerals Limited, following the approval of all resolutions at the recent General Meeting and formal approval by ASIC. The ASX has assigned the new code ‘SMM’ for Somerset, effective from 1 July 2024. The rebranding process will unfold over the coming weeks, with assurances of uninterrupted service during the transition.
