Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) at Severn Trent Plc have received shares as part of the company’s Annual Bonus Scheme, with certain shares sold immediately to cover tax obligations. The transactions, which include the vesting of deferred share awards from 2021 and subsequent sales, were executed outside of a trading venue and on the London Stock Exchange. In compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the detailed notifications have been made public.
