At Severn Trent Plc’s Annual General Meeting on July 11, 2024, all proposed resolutions were successfully passed by shareholders, including both ordinary and special resolutions. An impressive 81.98% of the eligible share capital was cast in the voting process, with a high percentage of votes favoring the adoption of the company’s Report and Accounts, Directors’ Remuneration Report and Policy, and other key resolutions. The results affirm strong shareholder support for the company’s strategies and governance.
