Severn Trent (GB:SVT) has released an update.
Severn Trent Plc has announced the grant of deferred bonus awards over ordinary shares to its directors and managerial staff as part of the company’s annual bonus scheme for the fiscal year ended March 2024. A total of 47,570 shares were awarded, which will vest on the third anniversary of the grant, provided the recipients remain employed by the company. No payment was required for the grant of these awards, and the share price used for calculation was determined by the average mid-market price over a specific period in June 2024.
