RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 77,300 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, a move that increases its treasury shares to a total of 43,508,025. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange with shares bought at prices ranging from 3501 to 3528 pence each, reflecting a volume weighted average price of 3517.1174 pence per share. This latest buyback is part of a larger program that has seen RELX PLC acquire 23,795,832 ordinary shares since the beginning of the year.
