RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 76,700 of its own ordinary shares, to be held as treasury shares, through JP Morgan Securities plc on the London Stock Exchange. With this acquisition, the company now holds 43,584,725 treasury shares, and the total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 1,865,505,017. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has bought a total of 23,872,532 ordinary shares.
