RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 75,136 ordinary shares via JP Morgan Securities plc on the London Stock Exchange, to be held as treasury shares. This latest acquisition brings RELX PLC’s total treasury holdings to 43,659,861 shares, with a total of 1,865,442,742 ordinary shares in issue when excluding those held in treasury. The company has bought back 23,947,668 ordinary shares since the beginning of the year.
