RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 86,533 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the company’s total treasury holdings to 40,816,859 shares, with the overall number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) standing at 1,867,712,493. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 21,104,666 ordinary shares.
