RELX PLC has actively engaged in stock repurchases, buying 88,663 ordinary shares to hold as treasury shares, as detailed in their latest transaction through UBS AG London Branch. This latest purchase takes their total number of treasury shares to 41,513,526, with a total of 1,867,049,134 shares in issue when excluding treasury shares. The company’s ongoing buyback program has accumulated 21,801,333 ordinary shares since the start of the year.
